These terms govern every ticket inquiry and purchase made through stanatickets.com or by email/WhatsApp with STANA TICKETS ("we", "us"). By sending an inquiry and confirming an order, you accept these terms.

STANA TICKETS is an independent football ticket specialist based in Croatia. We are not affiliated with any club, league or stadium operator.

An inquiry is a request, not a binding order. Your order is confirmed only when we confirm availability and you complete payment.

Prices are quoted per ticket in the currency stated at the time of the offer and may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Ticket categories, blocks and seating are described as accurately as possible, but exact block or seat allocation can depend on the seller and stadium policy. Any restrictions are communicated before payment.

Full payment is required to secure your tickets. We accept the payment methods agreed in the offer (for example bank transfer or card payment through a provider).

Tickets are reserved for a limited time while we wait for payment. If payment is not received within that window, the reservation may be released.

Tickets are delivered electronically (mobile ticket, e-ticket or transfer through the official club/league platform) unless a physical delivery method is agreed in advance.

We aim to deliver tickets in time for the event. In rare cases a venue or organizer issues tickets close to the event date; in that case delivery may be on match day, and we will keep you informed.

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price as provided by the seller or organizer. If an event is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date.

If we cannot deliver tickets you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

Because tickets are event-specific and time-sensitive, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivery has been made and the event has taken place.

You are responsible for complying with stadium rules, local law and any entry conditions set by the venue or organizer. Entry may be refused for conduct, prohibited items or identification requirements; this is outside our control and does not entitle you to a refund.

We always act in good faith to secure the tickets you ordered. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tickets. We are not liable for indirect losses such as travel or accommodation costs.
